The Matmid Frequent Flyer Club is EL AL’s customer loyalty program.
Club members are entitled to earn points for flights with EL AL or its partners.
Club members can then redeem their points to receive discounted flights tickets (award tickets) or various flight upgrades.
Club members are assigned a status in accordance with their annual earning, which entitles them to benefits and unique in-flight services.
EL AL’s statuses are: Matmid, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Top Platinum, and each represents higher earnings and more diverse benefits accordingly.
How does it work? It’s pretty simple:
- Join the Club using the app or the website
- Earn points whenever you fly
- Use your points to order award tickets, upgrade to a premium class or a more comfortable seat, enjoy duty-free discounts on board, order hotels or rental cars... And that’s not all!
